While trying to access Dynflow Console with below procedure:

Click on the "Back" button from that specific Dynflow task entry

Go directly to https://satellite.example.com/foreman_tasks/dynflow/

Not able to access Dynflow Console directly and returns with
Internal Server Errormessage.
