Failed to remove logical volume. Error: "Cannot archive volume group metadata for vg to read-only filesystem"
Issue
- Need to lvremove but it shows this kind of issue.
- When I run lvremove -f vg/lv, I am getting the following message:
[root@localhost dev]# lvremove -f /dev/vg1/lvol0
Cannot archive volume group metadata for vg1 to read-only filesystem.
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server
- lvm
