kdump: unable to dump to network with Mellanox ethernet adapter
Issue
- Unable to dump to network with blacklisted module mlx4_core
- kdump doesn't work with Mellanox Ethernet card
- Can't kdump to NFS share
- The mkdumprd kernel module blacklist code seems to be preventing extra modules from loading if they are in the blacklist
- Memory usage by mlx4_core is high in kdump environment
