KDump encounters Out of Memory on system crash in RHEL 5.8
Issue
- When my system crashes, kdump fails with an Out of Memory error:
Starting udev: Kernel panic - not syncing: Out of memory and no killable processes...
- I have tried configuring the crashkernel kernel command line option with increasing amounts of memory, but I get the same Out of Memory error.
