Enable large file upload to Glance via Horizon

Issue

1. How to upload large files to glance
2. bypasses Horizon web-server & enable direct upload to Glance

For Glance image upload, Horizon uses the file upload support from Django ,as horizon first stores the image at the controller node instead of streaming data directly to Glance. its first stored in temp location & than moved to glance so if user is uploading big images (eg.. 80Gb) from there desktop or laptop it will go to ctrl node & than to glance which will take longer time . Also /tmp should have this much of space available .
