View Archive link for default projects not working

Issue

• On a freshly set up OSE 3.7 environment we noticed a problem with the EFK-Logging.
• When trying to get the archived logs from pods in infrastructure projects like default the View archive link is redirecting to https://kibana-ops.apps.example.com, which does not exist at all, instead of https://logging.apps.example.com which is the correct route domain.
• We do not have OPS-Logging enabled at all, so this error is kind of strange.
