Issue

• Cannot find file network-isolation.yaml in Director tripleo-heat-templates in Red Hat OpenStack Platform 12.
• The documentation states that file -e /usr/share/openstack-tripleo-heat-templates/environments/network-isolation.yaml should be included when running openstack overcloud deploy, but this file does not exist.
• Where is this file and does it need to be included in the openstack overcloud deploy command?
