Delegating a user task to an invalid LDAP user stores ActualOwner as empty in BPM Suite 6.4

Environment

Red Hat JBoss BPM Suite (BPMS) 6.4.6 and previous versions

Issue

We tried to delegate a task to an user which is not a valid LDAP user (not exists in LDAP) and API call did not throw an exception. So although the human task state is moved to next state (Reserved), ActualOwner task property is empty.

Resolution

It has been fixed in Red Hat JBoss BPM Suite 6.4 Update 7 .
