JON Agent installation on Windows as service is Duplicating the Agent

Issue

• First, JON Agent is configured thru executing rhq-agent.bat by answering questions. Agent is Visible in JON Server's Agents List. After Installing as service using "rhq-agent-wrapper.bat install". A Service is created in Windows Services. On Starting this service a NEW agent is showing up with Default values in JON Server's Agents List, which is two agents on same Windows server.
• The registration with the JON server is being rejected. When things were  fixed yesterday I was running the rha agent from a command line  session. Changing to running the rhq agent as a windows service seems  have broken something.
