JBoss access log only logs first occurrence of a request header

Issue

• When logging incoming request headers in our JBoss access log, we note only the first occurrence of the header is logged:

                <access-log pattern="%h %l %u %A %v %t %r %s %b %{X-Forwarded-For}i"/>
