Issue
- Kdump sometimes fails on Nehalem-EX based systems
- Kdump hangs up by "echo c > /proc/sysrq-trigger" once in about 10 times. After the problem occurs, kdump cannot collect vmcores with NMI button.
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5.5
- kernel-2.6.18-194.el5
- A system with Nehalem-EX CPUs
