Pooled VMs cannot be detached or removed

Issue

• Pooled VMs either could not be detached from the pool or removed completely.

• The Detach and Remove options were greyed out.

• For some VMs, the Pools -> Virtual Machines -> <vm> -> Detach option was greyed out.

• For others that had been detached, the Virtual Machines -> <vm> -> Remove option was greyed out.

• After the ovirt-engine service was restarted, these VMs could then be detached and removed.
