Resolution

The driver and supporting software for the Intel® Xeon Phi™ coprocessor are provided by the Intel® Manycore Platform Software Stack (Intel® MPSS) which can be downloaded and installed using the instructions from the following Intel webpage:

https://software.intel.com/en-us/articles/intel-manycore-platform-software-stack-mpss

While Red Hat is unable to supply the driver and supporting software directly, we will fully support the installation on which the driver and supporting software are used, and will work with Intel to resolve any problems found within the Red Hat code. Support for third party applications developed around the Intel® Xeon Phi™ coprocessor architecture and its dedicated driver(s) and supporting software is not implied.

Further details about the Intel® Xeon Phi™ coprocessor can be found at the following Intel webpage:

Details on the Red Hat support policy for third-party software, drivers, and/or uncertified hardware/hypervisors or guest operating systems can be found here.
