Some Camel components are missing from the Fuse EAP installer
Issue
Trying to run a Camel route on EAP that contains an scp: endpoint results in an exception to the effect that the endpoint is unknown. Other components, that work with Fuse on Karaf, show similar behaviour. It appears that these components are not available when Fuse 6.x is installed on EAP.
