RHV-M 4 all storage domains are reported down as no SPM is getting declared

Issue

  • On rhv-m all storage domains are shown as unknown and no host is showing as SPM, all host are trying to take SPM role but giving sanlock error:
Start SPM Task failed - result: 'cleanSuccess', message: VDSGenericException: VDSErrorException: Failed to HSMGetTaskStatusVDS, error = Cannot obtain lock, code = 651
