Error in fencing is not reflected in RHEV-M's web admin portal user interface

Issue

Certain events such as fencing failures are reported into the vdsm.log files and engine.log but are not reported in the Events / Alerts tabs within the web administration portal.

If a host fencing operation fails, basically nothing is reported into the UI. You have to dig into the vdsm logs and/or engine.log to see the failure.

This type of event is important and should be logged very clearly in the administration portal.
