If only one cluster node has gfs2 mounted in and is mounted in `spectator` mode then another node mounting of a gfs2 in `rw` mode with a dirty journal will hang.

- A Global Filesystem 2(
gfs2) - At least one cluster node has a gfs2 filesystem mounted in
spectatormode.
