Component-scan does not work in Jboss EAP 6 with Spring 2.5

Issue

Using Spring 2.5.6 and spring mvc,"Dispatcher servlet" can not call Controller which is registered with annotation.

Error message
12:44:59,384 WARN [org.springframework.web.servlet.PageNotFound] (http-/127.0.0.1:8080-1) No mapping found for HTTP request with URI [/template/guide/selectNotificationList.do] in DispatcherServlet with name 'action' Notice)
Same application is working well with Tomcat 6, Tomcat 7, Jetty 6, GlassFish 3.1.2. Same application with spring 3.2 version is working well with EAP6
