RHEV-M upgrade fails with eroor message "Login fails for user sa"
Issue
During an upgrade from Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization Manager (RHEV-M) 2.2 to RHEV-M 3.0 the upgrade script fails on "Upgrading database" step with an error message "Login fails for user sa". The migration is not completed and every next run of the tool fails at the exactly same step.
