The rhn_check.pid and /var/cache/yum have incorrect permissons
Issue
- We noticed that there are several files by RH that have waaay too much permissions.
- /run/rhn_check.pid: always perm 777
- /var/yum/cache: after clearing the cache they re-appear with mode 666
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 7.4
- rhnsd-5.0.13-6-el7
