Why is net-tools package installed automatically on the guest of VMware in Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7 installation

Issue

• net-tools package was installed automatically during Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7installation with kickstart.
• Using the same kickstart file, net-tools package was not installed on some guests which were not managed by VMware host.
• So, it seems that this problem always happens on VMware guest.
• The following is the %packages section in the kickstart. net-tools is not specified in it.
