New JBoss session is not created for / path cookie when multiple apps are deployed and accessed

Issue

• We use a / path cookie and have multiple apps deployed. If we establish a session and access multiple apps, logging out, invalidating the session, and then logging in again does not create new sessionid as expected. If we only access a single app, a new sessionid is created as expected after logout and login.
