How does the trial period feature work?
Issue
- If I set up an application plan with a trial period, what happens when the trial period is over from my customer’s perspective?
- Will their requests post-trial be blocked on the API gateway (on-premise APIcast)?
- Will they be prompted to move to a different plan when they log in to their developer portal or see any notifications?
- Is it possible to extend a trial for a particular customer, or reset their trial?
