Issue

  • Script check_gluster_proc_status.py reporting incorrect status of brick in RHGS
# /usr/lib64/nagios/plugins/gluster/check_gluster_proc_status.py -t BRICK -v prodvol -b /rhgs/brick/brick1
CRITICAL: Brick /rhgs/brick/brick1 is down
  • Nagios service showing brick down even though brick is online on gluster node

Environment

  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7
  • Red Hat Gluster Storage 3.3
