[Satellite 6.2.x] Red Hat Subscriptions page on Satellite Web UI keeps loading

Issue

• Cannot view any subscriptions in satellite

Content -> Red Hat Subscriptions leads to multiple HTTP 400 errors with "ID not found"

• Red Hat Subscription page on satellite Web Ui keeps loading and leads to below error in production.log
