Unable to retire a service from Global Region

Issue

Setup:

Global Region: Cloudforms Global
Remote Region: NorthAmerica_1

Under the Global WebUI

1. Service provision via Service Catalog.
2. Check newly provisioned Service via Service > My Service.
3. Retire the Service, Navigate to Service > My Service > select service > Lifecycle > Click on Retire service.

We got The selected Service is not in the current region error message.
