Segmentation Fault errors with mod_jk 1.2.28 and Apache 2.2.3

Issue

• We intermittently receive following messages in the apache output log files. The tomcat proxy stops working but te apache webserver does not go down. Upon restart of the webserver the issue seems to go away.
