After installing newer kernel, Server doesnt comes in to network
Issue
- Kernel upgrade on server from 2.6.9-34.ELsmp to kernel-smp-2.6.9-100.EL.x86_64 results in network connectivity issue
- Unable to ping or ssh to the machine

- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4
- kernel 2.6.9-100.ELsmp
- NIC - Broadcom
