Mounting NFSv4.1 share returns 'Operation not permitted'
Issue
- Following nfs-utils update to nfs-utils-1.3.0-0.48.el7.x86_64, nfs4 share in
/etc/fstabcan not mount. - Downgrading to a previous version of nfs-utils will allow the nfs4 share to mount.

- EMC Vmax NFS server
- NFS version 4.1
