Java heap retention in java.lang.ref.Finalizer - Red Hat Customer Portal

Issue

JBoss throws OutOfMemoryError:
- Java application "java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java heap space"
- Java application "java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: GC overhead limit exceeded"
Heap dump analysis shows heap is consumed by java.lang.ref.Finalizer.
