ERROR in logs when using Vault expressions in system-properties in EAP 7

Getting below ERROR message in server.log :
ERROR [org.jboss.as.server] (Controller Boot Thread) WFLYSRV0230: Vault is not initialized; resolution of vault expressions is not possible
Environment
- Red Hat JBoss Enterprise Application Platform (EAP)
- 7.0.6+
- 7.1.0
- Picketbox Vault expressions used in system-properties (regardless of using standalone server mode or domain mode with even boot-time=false)
