[Satellite 6] Release version is not set after provisioning or after registration with activation key

Issue

When a system is provisioned from Satellite 6, the release version of the system is not set during installation. This causes the installation of additional packages to fail during provisioning, because the channels are not available. The same issue may occur when a system is already installed and this system is registered via subscription-manager and an Activation key is used.

This issue only happens in physical servers. Virtual machines are not affected.
