Issue

• Unable to create a new Line-item for invoices created for this sprint.

Resolution

A fix has been deployed into production 2017-09-02 and now line items can be added via the UI to invoices in a finalized state.

Root Cause

The Invoices may turn to 'open' status any time and then it will be impossible to add line-items to any invoices.
