Why is there no /etc/profile.d/vte.csh in the vte-profile package in Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7 ?

/etc/profile.d/vte.cshin thevte-profilepackage. - Users of
gnome-terminalwithcshas their default shell no longer get the former default behavi0r that a new tab is opened in the same directory as the existing tab.
