Change URL from IP to hostname in VM Provision request emails

Issue

• How to change the URL in VM provision emails to show the hostname of the CFME appliance instead of the default IP address.

Sample Email

From: cfadmin@xyz.com

Hello, 
Your Service provision request was approved. If Service provisioning is successful you will be notified via email when the Service is available.
