Where is the OpenShift Online v2 / Classic Pricing page?

- I have Openshift Online Silver v2. I'm using small gears. How much would it cost to increase to medium and large gears?
- Pricing is no longer available on your site, it only shows price for V3
- Where can I see hourly cost of gears in classic OpenShift Online?
