/proc/cpuinfo processor details show 0 MHz

Issue

  • The cpu MHz information in /proc/cpuinfo shows 0.000. It is expected to be the actual processor clock speed.
  • Bogomips bring a non consistent value
  • dmesg can't recognize the processor.
