Is it necessary to upgrade development's framework or IDE when upgrading BxMS?
Issue
We want to upgrade our BPM suite from version 6.3.2 to version 6.4.4 and EAP version from 6.4.8 to 6.4.15.
Is it necessary to upgrade the IDE or the framework that developers are using?
