RHN Classic: previously selected packages remain selected on subsequent visits - difficult to find and edit/clear selection

Issue

• If you select all packages they cannot be deselected. Not even by logging out.

• Previously selected packages for download are still selected upon next login

• The problem is not with the fact that packages remain selected, just that it is diffeicult to _find_ the selected pages to modify or clear the package selection
