UEFI based Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6 doesn't boot after installation and throws error as "Error 24: Attempt to access block outside partition"
Issue
- Installed Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.3 on "Dell PowerEdge R320" which is a UEFI enabled machine.
- The disk available in the machine is of 4TB.
- The installation went fine but just after reboot post installation, the system is not booting and throwing an error message as follows.
Error 24: Attempt to access block outside partition
