[Satellite6] After updating Content View in a Content Host, reloaded Host still refers to old Content View

Issue

• clicking to edit a Host in WebUI
• in another browser window or tab, updating Content View (C.V.) of the same Content Host
• reloading the "edit Host" page, it still shows the old Content View
• the same applies when updating Lifecycle Environment (L.E.) of the Content View - reloading "edit Host" does not update the L.E.
