[RHEV] Power Management will not connect to iDrac v6

Issue

• Using correct IP, user name, password and selecting type "drac5" with port empty or 443 for ssl, the test fails on the Power Management screen of "Edit Host" in RHEV Manager GUI. Following is the error message.

  Test Failed, Host Status is: unknown.  Getting status of IPMI:x.x.x.x...Chassis power = Unknown Failed
  

The iDrac being used is:

Integrated Dell Remote Access Controller 6 - Enterprise
