vm manager hosted-engine cannot start

hi ,

i installed rhel 7.3 and configured the hosted-engine on the server .

a the end of the installation, it write host not reachable and even when we start the HA agent service we are not able to connect through HTTPS.

some error :

ovirt-ha-agent ovirt_hosted_engine_ha.agent.hosted_engine.HostedEngine.config ERROR 'version' is not stored in the HE configuration image
