Getting java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError after migration from EAP 6.4.5 to EAP 6.4.16

After migration from EAP 6.4.5 to 6.4.16 we get:
java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/apache/http/conn/ClientConnectionManager
