resolv.conf rotate setting causes OpenShift Pods to periodically not resolve correctly
Issue
- Periodically my pods fail to resolve OpenShift components
- My pods occasionally fail to resolve the docker-registry to pull images
- Trying to install metrics and logging failed because the pods could not resolve the other components by name

- Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform 3.5
