Add dependencies for ServiceActivator if the HASingleton approach is used

Issue

• Is it possible to delay the service start until a resource is initialized?
• Is it possible to depend on applications or components with the ServiceActivator?
• Can I use @Resource or @DependsOn for my ServiceActivator implementation?
• I use the cluster-ha-singleton-service quickstart but need to depend on other resources, how can this achieved?
