When does sosreport plugin option "logs.log_days" actually work?
-
I ran sosreport and found the plugin option did not work. I see messages files and other log files on multiple days as shown below:
$ sudo sosreport -k logs.log_days=1
...
$ sudo tar Jxf sosreport-hostname-yyyymmddhhmmss.tar.xz
$ cd sosreport-hostname-yyyymmddhhmmss
$ ls var/log
anaconda cron httpd messages-20170604 messages-20170626 secure secure-20170618 Xorg.0.log Xorg.3.log
audit cups mariadb messages-20170612 rhsm secure-20170604 secure-20170626 Xorg.1.log Xorg.9.log
boot.log dmesg messages messages-20170618 sa secure-20170612 tuned Xorg.2.log yum.log
