How to measure time taken for tasks when running ansible-playbook

Issue

When running ansible-playbook to install or upgrade Openshift, there is no way by default to know how long the individual tasks are taking and so you can only know the overall runtime by using for example the time command.

time ansible-playbook -i /path/to/inventory_file /path/to/playbook.yml
