The documented default ActionQueueLowWaterMark and ActionQueueHighWaterMark values are incorrect
Issue
- The rsyslog documentation indicates the following for the ActionQueueLowWaterMark and ActionQueueHighWaterMark configuration options. These are incorrect and cause local disk queuing not to be used when attempting to use reliable local queuing:
$ActionQueueHighWaterMark <number> [default 8000]
$ActionQueueLowWaterMark <number> [default 2000]
