Extracting JBoss Enterprise BRMS 5.3.1 standalone on Windows environment causes "Total path and file name length must not exceed 260 characters"

Issue

• I have downloaded JBoss Enterprise BRMS 5.3.1 standalone and when I am trying to unzip it on my Windows system, it gives the following errors.
